Thanksgiving

We had a nice Thanksgiving weekend at home. Collin has been more and more interested in feeding himself. So lunch went something like this....

We also enjoyed our Pope family snacks while watching football. Fun game this year - Lions vs Patriots!!

We had another family over for Thanksgiving dinner and had enough food to feed 4 more families! I can't believe I forgot to take a single picture of the dinner, or of the 23lb turkey Jon made! I did remember to pull out the camera for dessert though...

And after dessert, Avery and Delaney danced off all that sugar to princess music...

The day after Thanksgiving, Avery wrote her letter to Santa. She asked for a Dora and Boots doll set by drawing their pictures. Pretty clever...

Then we went downtown to mail her letter...

Macy's has the cutest reindeer display right near the Santa mailbox...

Then we saw Santa during the Macy's parade. A fun tradition!
