Gramma Connie's visit

We had a great week! It was so great because we spent the week getting the house decorated and then had a visitor! Gramma Connie came out to celebrate Collin's first birthday with us.

Here is a picture of our tree. Avery had so much fun helping to decorate it. She kept saying "it's so beautiful. Santa's really going to love our tree!"

Avery was even more excited to see Gramma Connie the next day!

Collin loved seeing her too! The first thing she did was teach him to blow kisses. He also learned how to wave again (I really don't think he has waved since the last time we saw her back in August!).

We also took Collin for his first haircut this weekend...

We celebrated Collin's 1st birthday a couple days early so that Gramma Connie could party with us...

Avery knew exactly what she was getting! She had been asking if it was time for cupcakes for about a week...

To burn off all that cake/sugar...we took a trip to the zoo to see the lights....

We are really going to miss Gramma Connie, but are so glad she could be here to celebrate Collin's birthday and do some Christmas-sy stuff with us. It was a great weekend!
