Avery has a couple of books of Nursery Rhymes...but this BIG one is her favorite. She makes me read all 300 pages every night! Luckily she doesn't seem to notice when I skip a few here and there. Her favorites are Humpty Dumpty, A Tisket a Tasket, and I'm a Little Teapot. Of course we also have a CD in my car that sings all these songs (what was I thinking buying that CD?!), so she loves to sing as she 'reads'. Here she is singing the little teapot song...

Avery is developing a Michigan accent; she keeps calling our cat Chloe a "kyat"...I'm nervous about that, I'm going to have to teach her to speak like a New Englander.
